The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with an opportunity to achieve capital appreciation primarily through investing in commercial real estate ventures by way of equity participation and/or financing arrangements for such ventures.
The Fund has helped finance six development communities in emerging regions of British Columbia, Canada.
